…our body is like a landscape in which our personal life story is reflected and expressed.

Positive and negative experiences, traumas, shocks, surgeries, accidents, and much more can be stored in our tissue.

At some point in almost every treatment, these negative experiences seek a path to healing by surfacing as pain or movement problems.

In my practice, I offer various methods to help my patients, incorporating knowledge and experience from methods not explicitly explained here: Shiatsu, classic massage, cosmic healing, and spiritual healing.

Craniosacral Osteopathy

CST (cranium = skull; sacrum = sacral bone) is a gentle, non-manipulative treatment and examination method used in osteopathy. Through the delicate detection of lesions in the craniosacral system, stored information in the tissue can be found. This information can stem from negative experiences, such as accidents, trauma, illness, surgery, or violence. Our body usually compensates for these tissue memories over a long period of time. After a certain period of time, sometimes years or decades, these memories resurface in the form of pain or discomfort.

During craniosacral treatment, we approach the tissue with sensitivity and minimal pressure to stimulate a "somato-emotional release." During this process, the body reorganizes and realigns itself, allowing tissue memories to heal. Sometimes, this process is associated with a psychological sensation or memory. Often, patients are in a state of deep relaxation, and their consciousness is in an inner healing space, or "still point."

Even during my training, I experienced a heightened sense of perception in my hands during craniosacral treatments. When I told my teacher, he encouraged me to pay more attention to this perception and follow it. He said this couldn't be taught, but the real path behind the technique mattered. Over the years, my abilities have developed in both my hands and my mind. During treatments, I guide my patients into their inner healing space. Spiritual and cosmic healing elements support my work.

If you are unsure whether craniosacral therapy (CST) can help you, please give me a call. I would be happy to advise you.

K-taping

Kinesio taping, also known as taping, is a method in which elastic tape is applied to alleviate pain. It does not restrict the patient's movement.

In March 2021, I participated in a training course at the K-Taping Academy focusing on gynecological taping. I immediately started using taping in my practice and was quickly impressed by how fast and easy it was to get results. After understanding the principle of taping, I taught myself more about it through literature on the subject, and now I use taping to treat all kinds of complaints. I typically use taping in conjunction with other bodywork methods, such as acupuncture and craniosacral therapy.

The colored tapes usually remain on the body for several days and can withstand showers.

Women's Massage // Fertility Massage

In the 20th century, the American autodidact Joseph B. Stephenson (1874–1956) developed Creative Healing (CH). Stephenson was likely born with psychic abilities and developed his own effective system of mind-body healing.

This system uses gentle massage of specific lymphatic points, stretching and extending joints, stimulating reflex zones, and visualization techniques to cleanse the filters.

Gynecologist Gowri Motha from London discovered that CH is an effective treatment for couples who desire to have children. This led to the development of fertility massage. Dr. Motha has had tremendous success with this method in her clinic.

The massage begins with the shoulders and neck, then moves to specific acupuncture points on the back, and finally treats specific reflex zones. Next, the abdominal area is massaged.

Reflex zones that promote fertility are treated, tension is released, and healing spaces for the desired child are created through visualization.

For women, the massage should be performed quite regularly to balance hormones.

Cosmic Healing — Spiritual Healing

Many years ago, I learned about spiritual healing. Much of what I heard seemed a bit far-fetched. Then, I found myself in a situation where I developed stomach problems that wouldn't go away with homeopathy or traditional remedies. I knew the problem was energetic in nature, but I didn't know where to turn. When a friend told me about his experiences with a healer, I immediately made an appointment. Over the years, this healer has helped me time and again during difficult periods in my life.

I first came into contact with "Cosmic Healing" in 2005 through the Universal Healing TAO system. I attended training courses in Thailand and Berlin and qualified as a "Cosmic Healing Practitioner."
