My practice operates on an appointment basis, so appointments must always be made in advance.

Preliminary consultation:

I offer a half-hour preliminary consultation to answer any questions you may have about your case and explain available treatment methods. This consultation is not mandatory; you can also schedule a treatment appointment without it.

Cancellation of appointments:

Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours or one business day in advance. For example, an appointment scheduled for Monday at 4:00 p.m. must be canceled by 4:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday at the latest.

Appointments for initial examinations or consultations must be canceled at least seven calendar days in advance.

Cancellation costs for missed appointments or those canceled less than 7 days in advance will be billed privately in the amount of the normal cost of the missed appointment. Health insurance companies do not cover these costs.

Cost coverage

For privately insured patients and those entitled to assistance, prices are based on the fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH).

Privately insured patients and those entitled to assistance are usually reimbursed for these costs.

Private supplementary insurance

In many cases, it is worthwhile for those with statutory insurance to purchase private supplementary insurance that covers the costs of alternative practitioners. An insurance broker can provide more information on this. For example, Sandrine Hammer-Mock (www.spreefinance.de).

IKK Berlin Brandenburg insurees can receive up to €150.00 in reimbursement per year for recognized naturopathic treatments listed in the Hufland directory.

Payment of treatment costs

If you have private insurance, you will receive an invoice for later transfer. Self-payers pay each appointment in cash at the practice. There is no card reader.

Homeopathy

Case-taking:

  • Babies: €165 (for 1.5 hours)

  • Children: €220 (for 2 hours)

  • Adults: €275 (for 2.5 hours; the fee increases for longer appointments)

Follow-up appointments:

€90 (50 minutes; the fee increases for longer appointments) Telephone consultations in acute cases of illness: €20–60 (depending on the time required)

There are usually several weeks between appointments.

Craniosacral osteopathy

  • Initial appointment: €130 for approx. 80 minutes.

  • Per appointment: €160 for 110 minutes

Integrative trauma therapy

Extras for body treatments:

  • Permanent ear needles, taping: €5–10 depending on complexity

  • Towel rental: €5 (only in emergencies; please bring your own towel!)
