Office Hours & Practice Setup
Telephone Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
During these times, you can schedule appointments or speak with me regarding initial inquiries. If you are unavailable during these hours, please leave a voicemail with your name and telephone number, and I will gladly call you back.
By Appointment Only: The practice operates strictly on an appointment-only basis. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you, guaranteeing prompt consultations without waiting times.
Initial Orientation Consultation: To discuss your specific health concerns and learn about the therapeutic options available, I offer an optional 30-minute orientation consultation. You may also choose to book a full treatment session directly.
Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is dedicated specifically to you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide sufficient advance notice:
Standard Appointments: At least 48 hours in advance (or 1 business day). Example: An appointment scheduled for Monday at 4:00 PM must be canceled by the preceding Friday at 4:00 PM at the latest.
Cancellation has to be done with your Confirmation email!
Initial Consultations / Anamnesis: At least 7 calendar days in advance.
Important Note: Late cancellations, missed appointments, or unexcused absences will be billed privately in full based on the scheduled session fee. Health insurance plans do not cover missed appointment fees.
Insurance Reimbursement & Payment Methods
Private Insurance & State Aid (Beihilfe): Fees are aligned with the German Official Fee Schedule for Naturopaths (Gebührenordnung für Heilpraktiker - GebüH). Private health insurance and Beihilfe generally reimburse costs fully or partially based on your specific coverage plan.
Public Health Insurance (Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung): Statutory health insurance in Germany usually does not cover naturopathic treatment; patients pay directly as self-payers. However, supplementary private insurance (Zusatzversicherung) can provide coverage for naturopathic care.
Note for IKK Berlin-Brandenburg policyholders: Up to €150.00 annually may be reimbursed for recognized natural therapy procedures under the Hufeland register.
Payment Terms: Privately insured patients receive an invoice for bank transfer. Self-paying patients are requested to pay in cash directly following each session (credit/debit card processing is not available).
Online Video Consultations
For patients residing outside Berlin or unable to travel due to acute illness, online video consultations are available.
Requirements for Video Consultations: A device (PC, laptop, or tablet) equipped with a working camera and microphone (smartphones are not suitable), a stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space free from interruptions or caretaking duties.
Process: Please request an online consultation in advance via email. You will receive a secure video access link prior to your appointment.
