I have worked as a naturopathic practitioner for over 30 years. The balance between illness and health is highly personal. I support people on their journey to discovering their true selves, enabling health and personal growth. Physical complaints often originate in the psychological and spiritual realms. It is important to understand the messages that our bodies convey through illness and crises. I work with my patients on their healing journey in a highly personalised way. This sometimes requires different methods, as well as considering systemic causes (e.g. family, work, partnerships). Traumatic experiences can also cause illness later in life.
Babies, children and adults are all welcome at my practice.

Methods of Treatments
Classical homeopathy
Classical homeopathy: Julia Nitzsche's practice in Berlin offers classical homeopathy according to Rajan Sankaran and the MAP method, which is based on an individual and in-depth analysis of symptoms. This approach involves an in-depth analysis of individual symptoms. This holistic approach aims to activate the body's self-healing powers and restore balance to the body and mind. Homeopathic treatment can support you on your path to better health and well-being, whether you are seeking treatment for chronic complaints, paediatrics or gynaecology. Through careful case history taking and individual remedy selection, we will support you gently and safely on your healing journey.
Acupuncture - TCM
An essential part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), acupuncture involves the targeted stimulation of specific points on the skin along the meridians to harmonise the flow of energy (chi) and release blockages in the body. This method relieves pain and actively promotes the healing of the whole body. It is commonly used to treat chronic pain, headaches, stress, digestive problems, and gynaecological issues such as menstrual cramps and fertility problems. At our Berlin practice, we offer acupuncture treatment tailored to each patient, often combining it with homeopathy or craniosacral osteopathy to achieve optimal holistic results.
Body work
In my practice, I offer a variety of holistic bodywork methods, including craniosacral osteopathy, fertility massage, K-Taping and cosmic healing.
Over the course of our lives, our bodies become like detailed maps. Experiences such as accidents, operations and pain are stored within them, and we should gradually recognise and permanently heal these experiences in order to restore physical and mental balance.
Integrative Trauma Therapy
Integrative trauma therapy is a holistic approach that combines various therapeutic techniques to treat traumatic experiences. It considers the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of trauma. The goal is to activate the body's self-healing abilities and encourage long-lasting inner balance. Through this multi-layered approach, integrative trauma therapy helps people process stressful experiences and regain a sense of stability and well-being.
Trauma occurs when traumatic experiences or conditions are too sudden, intense, or prolonged.
Systemic Constellation Work
Systemic constellation work is an effective method for revealing hidden dynamics and relationship structures within a system. By positioning people or symbolic representatives, complex relationships become tangible and can be reorganized. This promotes an understanding of one's patterns of behavior and opens up new solutions to personal or family conflicts. This method can also help find a new perspective in cases of serious illness and bring healing to individuals through the system. In my practice, I use systemic constellations to guide you toward greater clarity and inner balance.

When you make an appointment, you will receive a questionnaire by email. This must be completed by hand before the anamnesis appointment and sent to the practice by post in advance so that I can read the information beforehand. At the beginning of the treatment, we will meet for an initial anamnesis, which takes approximately 2–3 hours for adults (babies 1–1.5 hours, children 1.5–2 hours). After that, I will begin my case analysis and preparation, as well as the prescription of homeopathic medicine. After 4 weeks, there should be a follow-up consultation at the practice to observe the course of the case. After that, we will schedule appointments every 1–2 months, depending on the symptoms and needs. Homeopathic treatment is always part of life coaching.

In Germany, alternative practitioners may only bill private health insurance companies and the Beihilfe (civil service health insurance). In acute cases, recovery with homeopathy could be significantly shorter if the right remedy is chosen and the patient's vitality is strong. In chronic cases, healing could naturally take longer, as the causes that led to the illness are treated. A cure in the homeopathic sense could mean freedom from symptoms, which in conventional medical treatment is usually only achieved with constant medication.

The intervals between individual follow-up appointments are usually 4–8 weeks. The duration of treatment varies from patient to patient. Ideally, homeopathic treatment could accompany you throughout your life, as new symptoms can be incorporated into your case over time.

Homeopathy has a completely different approach to health and illness. Conventional medicine tends to view the human body as a chemical entity that needs to be supplied with substances. Homeopathy takes a more physical view of the human body, believing that the energies of the organism need to be brought into balance so that bodily processes can function properly again.

Homeopathic remedies can also cause side effects if used incorrectly. This is usually due to incorrect dosage or the use of the “wrong” remedy. For this reason, homeopathic remedies should not be prescribed and taken by laypeople themselves.

In theory, classical homeopathy could be used to treat all illnesses. As a naturopath, I am not permitted to treat all illnesses (prohibition under the Infection Protection Act of July 20, 2000, Federal Law Gazette I, p. 1045).
The success of treatment may depend on the severity of the disease and how long the patient has had the symptoms. The limits of homeopathy lie in irreversible organ damage, very old or weakened patients whose vitality is no longer sufficient for healing, and the knowledge of homeopathy currently available. We currently know of around 6,000 substances in homeopathy that are processed as homeopathic remedies. New findings and remedies are constantly being added. It is therefore always possible that a remedy that a future patient might need for healing has not yet been researched.
