What is trauma?
It occurs when we are exposed to situations that are too intense, last too long, or happen too suddenly. Our bodies can compensate for experienced trauma for 30 to 40 years. However, if we experience additional trauma, it can trigger a nervous memory, or flashback, and release old trauma energy in the nervous system, which can lead to complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In my 30 years of work as a homeopath, I have repeatedly seen the "right" homeopathic remedy trigger a positive response in traumatized people, enabling them to begin healing from their experiences. I enjoy using integral trauma therapy and systemic structural constellations to help my patients gain awareness and heal from their experiences.
Integrative trauma therapy is a form of hypnotic, waking dream work that can transform trauma. With guidance, patients work through past crisis situations that have led to fears and patterns in their current lives. Through various stages of inner perception, traumas such as accidents, birth and prenatal traumas, and early childhood traumas can be viewed. Processing takes place on an energetic level, leading to new solutions. Deeper insights into the traumatic experience can be gained, thereby dissolving nervous trauma energy in the system. This method incorporates elements of trauma work, inner child work, and past life regression.

How does a session work?
If you are already my patient, we will likely come across a topic during treatment that requires more attention and healing. For example, it could be a recurring fear despite secure living conditions or a persistent belief despite consciousness work. Sometimes, this can be specifically attributed to a traumatic experience in your life, creating a desire for more healing. In that case, we would meet for an "integral trauma therapy" session. If you are not yet my patient but are interested in this method, it makes sense to meet for an initial consultation to get to know each other.
The session begins with you describing the traumatic experience in detail from memory. In most cases, the experience can be localized to a specific part of the body. Next, we try to release the shock waves from the body by making contact with the affected area. This process is usually somewhat dynamic and performed while standing, with movement by both the patient and therapist. Next comes the actual waking dream work. You will be asked to relive the experience from different perspectives. Pay attention to other things you perceive, such as other people in the room or colors, energy, or forces entering or leaving the situation. For example, notice if there are other people in the room or if colors, energy, or forces are entering or leaving the situation. During this phase, you may also experience further memories from past lives or a dialogue with your inner child. No two sessions are alike. In the final phase, healing and resolution will take place at a deeper level to transform fears and beliefs.
How often do sessions take place?
It is advisable to leave several weeks between sessions to allow time for healing and for solutions to be developed and integrated.
How long does a session last?
The appointment schedule allows for 110 minutes per session. In most cases, this is sufficient. However, it may take longer, as no two sessions are alike.
