Integrative Trauma Therapy Berlin
Trauma is caused by excessive, prolonged, or sudden stress, which can severely disrupt mental and physical balance. Often, the body compensates for such trauma over decades—sometimes 30 to 40 years—without the affected person being aware of the underlying cause.
Complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Flashbacks suddenly release stored trauma energy, which can lead to PTSD and significantly impact daily life. In my 30+ years of experience with homeopathy, I have repeatedly seen how an individually tailored remedy activates the body's self-healing powers, enabling lasting recovery. Additionally, I combine integral trauma therapy and systemic constellations to expand awareness and support holistic healing.
Integrative Trauma Therapy: Waking Dream Work for Trauma Transformation
Integrative trauma therapy uses hypnotic waking dreams to transform trauma. With guidance, patients reflect on past crises that cause fears and patterns in their current life. Different levels of inner perception enable examination of various types of trauma, such as accidents, birth trauma, and early childhood trauma. Energetic processing promotes new solutions and releases nervous trauma energy. This method combines elements of trauma work, inner child work, and regression therapy.

Treatment Process: Trauma Therapy
If you are already a patient, we may identify issues during treatment that require further healing, such as recurring fears or beliefs. Sometimes these issues are related to traumatic experiences, which may prompt a desire for an "integral trauma therapy" session. For new clients, I recommend a preliminary consultation to get to know each other.
During the session, you will describe your concern, which is often localized to a specific part of the body. Through targeted bodywork, we release the shock from the system. Afterwards, you relive the experience from different perspectives, including possible additional insights. Finally, a healing phase is designed to transform fears and beliefs.
Intensity of trauma therapy
It is advisable to wait several weeks between sessions so that the healing and resolution achieved can be integrated.
Duration of a trauma therapy session
The appointment schedule allows 110 minutes for a session. In most cases, this is sufficient. It can also take longer; no two sessions are alike.
